Immortalis Journal of Law and Public Policy (IJLPP) is an international open-access scholarly journal dedicated to the critical examination of the intersection between legal doctrines and public policy formulation. As part of the Immortalis publication series, this journal serves as a global platform for academics, legal experts, and policy practitioners to disseminate original research that contributes significantly to legal governance, social justice, and the rule of law.

The primary focus of Immortalis Journal of Law and Public Policy (IJLPP) encompasses in-depth analysis of government regulations and their societal impacts across a broad spectrum, ranging from Criminal Law, Civil Law, Administrative Law, Constitutional Law, Business Law, Environmental Law, International Law, Health law, Human Right, Public Policy and Socio-Legal Studies. Furthermore, the journal explores the enforcement of human rights within the dynamic context of public policy.

All submitted manuscripts undergo an initial screening by the editorial team and are then evaluated through a double-blind peer review process by at least two reviewers who are experts in their fields. This ensures the integrity, quality, and originality of the work published. This journal is published quarterly, with new issues released every March, June, September and December. Immortalis Journal of Law and Public Policy (IJLPP) is committed to adhering to international standards of publication ethics established by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) to support the advancement of evidence-based legal scholarship with a profound impact on humanity.
