Immortalis Journal of Health Law and Public Policy (IJHLPP) is an open-access scholarly journal dedicated to the advancement of research and academic discourse in health law, public policy, medical ethics, bioethics, public health governance, healthcare regulation, patient rights, and legal issues in contemporary healthcare systems. The journal provides an interdisciplinary academic platform for researchers, academics, legal scholars, healthcare professionals, policymakers, and practitioners to explore the relationship between legal frameworks, public policy, human rights, and healthcare practices at national and international levels.

The journal welcomes original research articles, normative legal studies, socio-legal research, comparative legal studies, policy analyses, case studies, systematic literature reviews, and conceptual papers that contribute to the development of equitable, accountable, and sustainable healthcare systems. Its scope includes, but is not limited to, health legislation and regulation, hospital law and governance, medical liability, medical malpractice, informed consent, patient safety, patients' rights, healthcare professional accountability, health insurance and financing, public health law, pharmaceutical law, medical ethics, bioethics, telemedicine, digital health technologies, personal health data protection, healthcare administration, health policy formulation and implementation, and the protection of human rights in healthcare services.

All submitted manuscripts undergo an initial screening by the editorial team and are subsequently evaluated through a double-blind peer review process by at least two independent reviewers with relevant expertise. This process aims to ensure the originality, academic quality, methodological rigor, and scientific contribution of published articles. The journal is published quarterly, with new issues released every February, May, August, and November.
